Use of any or all Photographs, or any products such as flyers / brochures and virtual tours containing said Photographs provided to you by Rebecca Bockman / RT Bockman Photography LLC  signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Rebecca Bockman / RT Bockman Photography LLC agrees to provide you with the Photographs requested. If you have paid in full, you have LIMITED Rights to use the Photographs under the terms set between Rebecca Bockman / RT Bockman Photography LLC and the individual or company that contracted the photography. You agree that the Rights to use the Photographs have been granted only to you.

You agree not to transfer, assign or sub-license your Rights to use the Photographs, or any products containing the Photographs therein, to anyone without written permission from Rebecca Bockman / RT Bockman Photography LLC.

When you receive the Photographs please check them to be sure they are acceptable. Any additional services requested after delivery of the Photographs will incur an additional fee. To avoid misunderstandings you agree to notify Rebecca Bockman / RT Bockman Photography LLC in writing within five (5) business days of receipt of the Photographs if you believe they are not acceptable, in which case my sole obligation will be to replace the Photographs.

In no event will Rebecca Bockman / RT Bockman Photography LLC be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.

You agree that Rebecca Bockman / RT Bockman Photography will remain the owner of all the copyrights of the Photographs.

ALL PHOTOGRAPHS ARE THE COPYRIGHT OF REBECCA BOCKMAN / RT BOCKMAN PHOTOGRAPHY LLC. ALL PUBLICATIONS MUST CONTAIN A VISIBLE PHOTO CREDIT TO REBECCA BOCKMAN / RT BOCKMAN PHOTOGRAPHY LLC.

This agreement does not transfer copyright to you. You agree Rebecca Bockman / RT Bockman Photography LLC reserves all rights not granted to you by this agreement. If it is discovered that someone is infringing on the copyright you agree to cooperate with Rebecca Bockman / RT Bockman Photography LLC to help stop the infringement or collect damages.

Your Rights permit you to post the Photographs in MLS listing for the Property, produce flyers, brochures, signage or virtual tours. Your Rights do not permit third-parties to copy, display or distribute the Photographs for any purpose unless you have the written permission of Rebecca Bockman / RT Bockman Photography LLC.

If anyone asks you for any of your Rights to the Photographs or Products containing the Photographs, you agree to refer them to Rebecca Bockman / RT Bockman Photography LLC.

If Rebecca Bockman / RT Bockman Photography LLC agrees to allow others to use the Photographs an additional licensing fee may be required.

You authorize Rebecca Bockman of RT Bockman Photography LLC to come onto the Property and take photographs. You have the authority to allow entry and permit Rebecca Bockman to take photographs. You promise to indemnify, defend, and pay the expenses of Rebecca Bockman / RT Bockman Photography LLC’s defense, if a claim is made against Rebecca Bockman / RT Bockman Photography LLC arising out of the services performed for you.

Rebecca Bockman / RT Bockman Photography is an independent contractor and not your employee. You are not my agent and cannot make agreements for Rebecca Bockman / RT Bockman Photography LLC.

All fees are payable upon delivery of the Invoice. If for any reason payment is not made within (30) days from the date of delivery of the Invoice / Photographs, the Rights granted to you will terminate automatically, and an interest rate of 20% per month will be applied until the balance due is paid in full.
